Talavera will be without Valen Gomez for Wednesday’s clash after the 21-year-old was sent off in the previous round against Malaga. His absence could open the door for Arturo Molina to feature in the final third.

Montero Sergio was the standout performer in the last round, scoring twice against Malaga, and he is expected to operate in a wide role once again. Gonzalo Di Renzo should also start in attack, with the forward currently Talavera’s top scorer this season, having netted four goals.

Real Madrid, meanwhile, welcome back Endrick, Fran Garcia and Alvaro Carreras after the trio missed Sunday’s match against Alaves due to suspension. However, the visitors remain without several key players through injury, including David Alaba, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Eduardo Camavinga, Dani Carvajal, Eder Militao and Ferland Mendy.
